Ashleigh Gardner
Hello, and welcome to my Faculty Front Door! I am privileged to teach at Valencia College, and I am even more privileged to have graduated from the school in 2010. I then graduated from UCF in 2012 with my bachelor's in English Literature. I am now only a semester away from receiving my master's degree in Literary, Cultural, & Textual Studies.
I love teaching others about the magic and power of language. In my spare time, I enjoy playwrighting, gardening, and photography.
Although my time is spent with my nose in books, I'm also a fan of Doctor Who, How I Met Your Mother, South Park, zombies, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Breaking Bad, and Quentin Tarantino films. I am also an actor and a writer and enjoy working with theatrical artists around Orlando. Finally, I am a proud contributor to a blog entitled Culturally Significant! that discusses various aspects of film, music, and artistic culture.
