Culinary Adjunct Professor

Chef Alamo is a certified Chef de Cuisine from the American Culinary Federation with a demonstrated history of working in a variety of cuisines and skills. Skilled in Nouvelle Cuisine, Charcuterie, Garde Manger, Ice sculpting, and Artisan baking. Chef Alamo is a strong culinary arts educator with a degree in educational studies from Grand Canyon University.
