Prof. Julie Cobb

Professor

Professor Cobb earned her Bachelor's Degree in anthropology with a minor in criminal justice from the University of Oklahoma, Norman in 2001, and her terminal Masters Degree in Museum Arts & Sciences - Natural History & Anthropology from the University of Florida in 2003. Her primary subdisciplines are biological anthropology and bioarchaeology and her areas of interest are forensic paleoanthropology and historic cemetery demography. She has performed research for the Florida Museum of Natural History, the Oklahoma State Archaeologist, and the Minnesota State Archaeologist..Professor Cobb moved to Florida from Minnesota with her husband and daughters in order to complete her graduate studies. She now resides in Orlando and plans to continue teaching at Valencia College, East Campus.
