Mrs. Patrina Sloan

Adjunct Radiography Professor

Welcome to the Radiographic Procedures courses and Radiographic Pathology course. My name is Patrina Sloan and I have had the honor of instructing/mentoring students in the Valencia Radiography Program for 15 years. I am passionate about my profession and my students success. With my extensive background in hospital, trauma, orthopedic and MRI imaging, this class promises to be a fun and interesting exploration of human anatomy, while learning to position the body for radiographic exams.

The Radiographic Pathology course will explore various mechanisms behind the disease processes. We will also learn to visually recognize various diseases on radiographic images.
