Mrs. Bobbie Sartor
I have been teaching at Valencia College in the EMS Programs since 2001, initially as a part-time faculty member. In 2006, I became the West Campus EMT Program Coordinator.
I love being a part of Valencia's Emergency Medical Services programs. Valencia EMS Program faculty are dedicated to making sure our students have the best tools possible to be successful as an EMT and Paramedic student. I am proud to be a part of the Valencia team!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PROSPECTIVE EMT STUDENTS!!: PLEASE SEE THE SYLLABUS SECTION FOR TEXTBOOK INFORMATION!!! EVERY semester, there is a mandatory orientation that takes place several weeks prior to the start of the semester. Orientation information can be found by checking your Atlas email AFTER you have registered. You will receive an email from "Ask Atlas" immediately upon successful registration. Open the link in the email, scroll to the EMT Program to find Orientation dates and important program requirements. ALL students, regardless of previous orientation attendance, must attend the orientation for the current session. CHECK YOUR ATLAS EMAIL OFTEN!!
It is mandatory for students to bring a copy of syllabus for the first class and lab meetings: either a paper copy or digitally (computer or tablet, do not use cell phone as your digital device). Please read the syllabus BEFORE attending your first day of class/lab.
THE SYLLABI FOR EMS 1119 (CLASS) AND EMS 1119L (LAB) ARE NOW AVAILABLE. You will be given a copy of the class and lab schedule (which is an extension of the syllabus) on the first day of class.
See you first day :)
