Manny Ramos received his Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of the Philippines in Manila. Manny Ramos has over 25 years of nursing experience in the areas of medical-surgical nursing, adult critical care, long-term care, rehabilitation, and nursing administration. He provides both classroom and clinical instruction in the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program. Manny is the president of the Philippine Nurses Association of Central Florida, a professional organization which promotes nursing leadership, professional growth and service to the community. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice in Educational Leadership through distance education at American Sentinel University. His DNP project centers on student success with a focus on student retention to decrease attrition in the ADN program.
