Faculty FrontDoor

Adriene Tribble

Professor of Humanities and Religion

Hello! My name is Adriene Tribble, and thanks for visiting my Faculty Front Door page.

I was born and raised in Orlando and even took some Dual Enrollment courses with Valencia when I was in high school (go Eagles!). I have a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies with a minor in Applied Ethics from Stetson University and a Master of Divinity degree from the University of Chicago.

This is my eighth year teaching with Valencia and I really enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for the humanities with my students. I teach Introduction to Humanities and Twentieth Century Humanities, as well as World Religions, in face-to-face and online formats.

Check out what's happening in my courses! Click on "Syllabi" from the menu to the left to see some example syllabi from my most recent courses. Click on "Course Materials" to see textbook information and some examples of learning activities and field trip opportunities.

And no matter which campus you are primarily located on, keep an eye out for great cultural event offerings hosted by your local Humanities Department.
