Daniel Sanches

I am bachelor’s in biomedical sciences, I have a master's degree in Biochemistry and PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Biochemistry). All my degrees were awarded by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. I have great expertise and experience on education and academic research field. I have been teaching since 2008. I have 11 years of professional experience teaching Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
I have developed researches Flaviviruses - Dengue Virus (DENV) and Yellow Fever Virus (YFV) - as model of apoptosis inducting system in order to study the different pathways of apoptosis involved in virus infection. I also have collaborated with other researchers on projects aiming p53 signaling pathway and stability of different pro-apoptotic proteins.
