Eric Craft

Adjunct Professor - Theatre - M.F.A.

Eric has been working in theatre, theme parks, museums, retail, conventions, and television for over 30 years. His work can be seen in exhibits all over the country from the "Baseball Hall of Fame" to the "Coke-Cola" Museum in Atlanta, not to mention many natural history and zoological exhibits nation wide, as well. Eric work varies from production design to scenic art & tech & fabrication. From lighting design to sculpture. Recently, Eric was a designer, scenic artist, and crew supervisor for phase one of the "Wizarding World of Harry Potter" @ Universal Studios. His scenic art can be seen at all three of Sea- World's "Believe" show, and throughout "Aquatica" locally. Eric spent numerous years freelancing nationally with companies like Oklahoma Shakespeare Festival, Salt Lake Shakespeare Festival, Sacramento Theatre Company, Florida Studio Theatre, B-Street Theater, Pioneer Theater Company in SLC, and the Utah Shakespearean Festival. He was the Gene Chesley Design Award recipient in 1996 with USF, and from 1995- 2001 helped Utah Shakespearean Festival win a Tony Award in 2000, as a designer & sculptor. Eric also recently was the art director for the 2015 Emmy award winning television series "The Outsiders Club" Eric has recently been performing lighting designs at Madcow theatre, with "The Three Sisters" in the spring & "Animal Crackers" over the summer. Eric is also an instructor of theatre, humanities & communications at another local college in the Orlando Area.
