Professional Experience:

I have over 25+ years of business and industry experience as a senior manager and professional. I spent 20 years with a leading professional services firm specializing in benefits administration outsourcing and consulting.

I have experience managing various aspects of benefit administration outsourcing, customer service delivery and operations, client relationship management and consulting, and manager development. As senior leader, I lead the customer experience delivery for a portfolio of Health & Welfare, Defined Contribution, and Defined Benefit outsourcing clients. I consulted with clients across a broad spectrum of industries that comprised the Fortune 500 and 1000.

Academic Experience:

I teach business courses in the Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Leadership degree program (BASBOL).

As a first generation college graduate, I know first hand how instrumental earning a college degree can be in changing the trajectory of one's life and future success. I firmly believe that higher education is the single most transformative experience that can change a person's life and ensure continued success.

To that end, I take it as my mandate to ensure my students gain the most from their educational journey and attain their goal of earning a college degree.
