Mrs. Kelly Kozma

Mathematics Professor

I was born & raised in Miami, FL and graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High School in 2005. Immediately upon graduation from high school, I began my first college semester at the University of Central Florida majoring in Mathematics Education. The 4 years that I spent at UCF pursuing my bachelors degree were some of the best years of my life. Calculus (MAC 2311) is where I met my husband, the Chi Omega "Fraternity" is where I made some life-long-friendships, and the city of Orlando quickly became my home. I truly treasure the experiences I had at UCF & here in Orlando. In fact, I enjoyed myself so much that upon graduation in 2009, I enrolled in UCF's masters of Mathematics Education M.Ed program and completed my second degree in 2011.

While pursuing my masters, I was given an amazing opportunity to teach Algebra II at Colonial High School. In fact, I am still teaching there today. Throughout my 7 years at Colonial, I have had to privilege of working with a phenomenal group of teachers & administrators, and have taught every math subject from Algebra 1 - AP Calculus AB; and now I am here at Valencia you YOU!!
