My passion for hospitality began over a decade ago when I joined the Disney company for an internship. I've had the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of sectors within the industry but my forte resides in F&B. I completed my Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida in Hospitality and Tourism Management and my reasearch interests include training & development, international labor, and cross cultural training.
