Mayra Socarras

Professor

Professor Socarras has a MS in Industrial Electronics and Computers and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami. She worked as a Senior Design Engineer at the Kennedy Space Center for the Shuttle Program. She has been teaching math at Valencia West Campus since 2015.

You can always find her on Saturday mornings, 10:00 AM to 12 PM taking ballet and other dance classes live through Zoom. Check Announcement for the link to join in and show your support!
