    Saturn's rings from stellar and radio occultations
    This image of Saturn's rings maps the large-scale structure of Saturn's rings from occultation scans by 3 Cassini instruments: the ultraviolet imaging spectrograph (UVIS), the visual and infrared mapping spectrometer (VIMS), and the radio science subsystem (RSS). These scans provide much higher resolution data about the rings than what can be shown in this zoomed out view. I use these scans to study the properties of the individual icy ring particles and the aggregates and structures that they form through collisions and gravity
