With a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership & HR from Barry University and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resource Development/Management from The University of the West Indies, Dr. Lowe brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights to the classroom. Her passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment is reflected in her ongoing commitment to professional development, evidenced by her certifications in creating student-centered courses and diversity, equity, & inclusion leadership.
