Dr. Michelle Rodriguez Raupach

My name is Dr. Michelle Rodriguez Raupach and I am a Professor of Business at Valencia's West Campus.

I bring over 25 years of industry and teaching experience to my courses. I have taught Marketing and Business classes at the University of Central Florida and Rollins College Hamilton Holt School and Crummer Graduate School of Business. As a small business owner since 1993, I am also passionate about entrepreneurship and assisting students to apply theoretical concepts to create new business and professional opportunities. My business experience is in the area of corporate training, instructional system design, and research. Notable clients have included the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Veterans Administration (VA), Wells Fargo, Harvard School of Public Health, Pearson, Central Florida YMCA of Central Florida, and many Federal Government contractors.

I have a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Instructional Technology from the University of Central Florida, an MBA from Emory University, and a BS in Mathematics from Rollins College. I am also a certified teacher in Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

I am a wife and mother of two teenage sons (16 and 19), and have a Golden Doodle puppy, named Rose because I got her for Valentine’s Day. I love all holidays, including international celebrations, and go all out decorating and celebrating – even in my virtual and face-to-face classrooms!
