I teach a variety of classes in the BASBOL program including Operational Decision Making, Leadership, Management Theory, and Strategic Planning and Decision Making. I have research interests in virtual team management, employee engagement, and how technology will impact employees in the future. Sean has published articles in Organizational Dynamics, International Journal of Business Communications, Organizational Review, and the Advanced Management Journal. In addition, I have written and published chapters on job design and compensation for human resources textbooks.

In addition I bring over 25 years of business experience to the classroom as the Senior Vice President for Operations for Aon’s Voluntary Benefit Services Team, overseeing offices in Lake Mary, Florida, Irvine, California, and Hammonton, New Jersey. I am accountable for client delivery and relationship management and execution for Aon benefit products and services.

I have also been involved with several local philanthropic efforts and is the Chairman of the board for Hope Helps in Oviedo.
