If you are enrolling in one of my online classes, you can expect everything to take place online with the possibility of 1 or 2 exams being taken in a testing facility. If you are local, you can take the exam(s) that require proctoring in any of Valencia's testing centers. If you are not local, you will need to find a college campus or library in your area that will be willing to proctor a test. I'll need to get in touch with this facility to verify their services.
