This class has been internationalized to fit the standards of the Global Distinction program. This means taking this class earns you 3 credit hours towards a Global Distinction notation on your transcripts. This will make you more marketable towards employers. I have internationalized the class by making the majority of my examples international in nature. One example of this is instead of categorizing Pixar movies, we will categorize studio Ghibli movies which is a Japanese version of Pixar. Students will also write their own problems that are international. This simply means taking one of my examples and replacing it with information from a different country. Outside of the globalization, this class is run traditionally where each class is for learning material, reviewing for an upcoming test, or taking a test.
