Dr. Angela Blewitt
Angela Blewitt is originally from Northern California, and completed her Master of Arts in English in 2004. She received her Doctorate Degree in Education from the University of Southern California. Before teaching at Valencia, she taught at the California Polytechnic State University, EARTH University in Costa Rica, South Korea, and Lincoln High School in East Los Angeles. Her hobbies and interests include reading, welding metal sculptures, writing poetry and fiction, gardening, martial arts, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Blewitt teaches Freshman Composition 1 (ENC 1101), Freshman Composition 2 (ENC 1102), and Developmental Reading and Writing 2 (ENC 27) classes, as well as teaching the Instructional Strategies (EPI 0002) course for the Educator Preparation Institute program at Valencia College.
