    About me:

  • I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. I moved to Florida after I graduated from high school.

  • In my spare time I enjoy election season, Liverpool FC, my three cats, reading, Orlando City and Pride, traveling, true crime, coffee, Model UN, NPR, cool weather, Lifetime Movie Channel, books, and the World Cup.

    About my teaching:

  • In my classes, you should find you have all the tools you need to succeed. I do my best to prepare students for exams, which are a major component of your class grade. You can expect a mix of instruction including, but not limited to, lecture, class discussion and group work. Online classes will have discussions, quizzes, written assignments, and exams. Assignments will be open for a week, but there are set due dates throughout the semester.

    What is expected of students to be successful in this course:

  • Students are expected to come to class prepared by completing homework or study guides, reading the book and bring a desire to learn and a curiousity about the world as well as our place in it. Students may find this class to be challenging at times, but that should be part of your personal growth as we think about ourselves as global citizens.
