Dr. Debidatta Aurobinda Mahapatra

I did my doctoral studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston. With a background in Political Science, I focus on the theory and practice of managing and resolving protracted conflicts. I believe, 'there is no path to peace, peace is the path.'

Collaborative learning is central to my teaching philosophy. I also believe a teaching theme which does not serve the community is lacking in substance.

When not reading or writing, I prefer to spend time with family. Daytona beach is one of my favorite destinations. I also like playing chess and badminton.
