Dr. Eric Model

Psychological Sciences - Department Chair

Dr. Model is a nationally and internationally recognized sport psychology consultant and an expert in the role of motivation, relaxation and pre-performance routines.

His academic background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia with majors in both Human Kinetics and Psychology, a Master of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Sport Specialization) from the University of Florida.

He is a former national athlete for Canada and currently lives with his two children in Celebration Florida.
