Mrs. Gabrielle Mathias

Professor Gabrielle Mathias received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida and her Master of Fine Arts in Poetry from The University of South Florida. She has taught Composition, Creative Writing, and Poetry courses. Professor Mathias is also a poet with work featured in Spectrum Literary Magazine, Chasing Light: A Burgert Brothers Anthology, Wingless Dreamer, Kelp Journal: The Wave, Panoplyzine, The Racket, Poets' Choice, & The Mailer Review. Her teaching philosophy includes a passion for learning and integrating diverse teaching strategies in a welcoming and respectful learning environment.
