Mr. Joseph Menig

Spanish Professor
Discipline Chair of Foreign Languages

I have a Bachelors degree in Accounting from U.C.F, a Bachelors degree in Spanish from Florida International University, and a Masters in Spanish from U.C.F.
I am half Puerto Rican and grew up primarily speaking English with some knowledge of Spanish. I became interested in Spanish when I lived in Costa Rica for a year teaching English. Since then, I have traveled extensively throughout Latin America. I can honestly say that speaking another language can bring many positivies changes and opportunities to your life. I have never met a person that has said: "I wish I never learned a second is ruining my life". Take hold of the opportunity to learn a second language. No matter what career path you choose, it will bring more and better opportunities.
