My passion for hospitality began over a decade ago when I joined the Disney company. I've had the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of sectors within the industry but my forte resides in Beverages. People gather to break bread and share a beverage for the human experience. I enjoy teaching students about wine, beer, spirits and mixology as a social experience. I completed my Masters Degree from the University of Central Florida in Hospitality and Tourism Management and my research interests include training & development, international labor, and cross cultural training.
