I am a graduate of VCC, UCF, and USM. I have been teaching classes at Valencia since 1986. I am a retired senior English teacher from West Orange High School. My philosophy of education is that all true learning is subconscious and intuitive. I attempt to spark a little curiosity about language and literature and the world of ideas so that my students may go on to be life long learners. My hobbies are usually on the back burner, but I enjoy photography and collecting and playing guitars.
