Professor Alonzo has a diverse background that includes geoscience, information technology, emergency medical science, and public health. He has a B.S. in Geoscience (major meteorology), M.S. in Geoscience, M.S. in Nutrition and Health Science, and a M.S. in Information Technology. He also holds numerous professional certifications and licenses, ranging from healthcare and emergency medical to information technology. Students love his very diverse background, expertise, enthusiasm, and unique course experiences.

Alonzo is a highly recommended professor at multiple colleges. He teaches earth and space science, meteorology, oceanography, environmental science, geology, first aid, and public health. He’s been writing science and technology articles for various outlets for over ten years -- and loves to discuss current events.

Ben’s unique technology expertise allows him to incorporate the latest industry technology practices into the classroom, which better prepares students for the challenging workforce of today. He is the CEO of a tech firm. His tech background includes computer programming, network systems, wireless communications, desktop support, and web development. He’s worked for some of the biggest names in the tech industry, including IBM, Intuit, and NCR. He's also a pilot that loves producing video, plays guitar, and loves the gym.
