Dr. Claudia Genovese-Martinez

Both in class, and as coordinator of the Math Connections Learning Community on the West Campus, Dr. Genovese-Martinez helps developmental math students prepare to make the transition to college-level math studies. The thing that many of these students benefit from most is individualized assistance. To give them more of that, Dr. Genovese-Martinez is implementing one-on-one peer tutoring services at the Math Connections center. That way, students will have the opportunity to learn from those who have already successfully completed the courses.
