Dr Dan Dutkofski

I began here at Valencia in 1992, when I was an adjunct instructor for Intro to Humanities. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to have taught many of the Humanities, Religion, and Philosophy courses, as well as in the Interdisciplinary Studies program.
I served as Dean on West from 2003 until 2013 and am now delighted to be back in the classroom. I strive to make Valencia a place where both students and faculty members can look forward to engaging ideas, both comfortable and challenging, and developing the kinds of interests and approaches which are the hallmark of liberal education.
