James P Lewis

Originally from Miami, Florida, James P. Lewis holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Phoenix University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Bethune-Cookman University.

James has over 30 years of work experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked for Red Lobster, Olive Garden & Daytona Beach Hilton prior to joining the Walt Disney World Company. James has been leading teams at Disney for over 25 years as well recruiting great talent from several colleges & universities for the Walt Disney World company. He’s had the opportunity to manage high volume multi-unit food and beverage outlets, including a pub, outdoor vending, quick service and Disney characters dining restaurants.

James takes great pride in being a resource for others and look forward to shaping the minds of our future leaders.
