Mr. Kyle Simon

Adjunct Instructor, U.S. Government

Kyle Simon is the Director of Government Affairs and Communications for the Home Care Association of Florida, the statewide trade association representing Florida home care providers. His background includes several years of health policy, advocacy, and political experience. He has worked with federal and state policymakers on Medicare, Medicaid, prescription drugs, and related regulatory issues, in addition to serving members of Congress, managing a statewide political organization representing the President of the United States, and holding leadership roles in multiple political campaigns. Additionally, he has been an Adjunct Instructor at Valencia College since 2012.

In addition to previously serving on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Seminole Club, Kyle is Vice President of the FSU Pride Alumni Network, a chartered affiliate of the Florida State University Alumni Association. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Walk Bike Tampa, the Hillsborough Literacy Council, and the Mennello Museum of American Art.

A Tampa native, Kyle holds a Master of Science in Applied American Politics and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University.
