Dr. Shahnaz Kanani
Dr. Shahnaz Kanani teaches only on West Campus.
In 2009, Dr. Kanani began teaching at Valencia College in the Science Division and the Dental Hygiene Program.
Dr. Kanani has taught a variety of courses in the Science Division and the Dental Hygiene Program such as: Anatomy & Physiology I and II, Dental Anatomy, Dental Materials, Oral & General Pathology, Pharmacology, Periodontology I & II, Embryology and Oral Histology.
Dr. Kanani is currently a tenured professor in the Science Division on West Campus.
In 2014, Dr. Kanani won the award “Excellence in Teaching" and she is the recipient of 2019-2020 League Excellence Award.
Currently Dr. Kanani is the leader of A&P professors on West Campus.
