FRE 1120
Course Textbook: We will continue to use Portails, with WebSAM / Supersite Plus Online Access code. If you took FRE 1 at Valencia, you will have most likely used this same textbook and code for the course. As long as you purchased an access code that will remain valid until the last day of this course, you do not need to purchase a new access code for the VHL website. Check with VHL to confirm how long your previous code is valid; professors do not have access to this information. Students will need the Online Access code for the publisher's online homework/lab site. If purchasing a used textbook, be aware that codes may only be used by a single user; if the code has already been used, you will need to purchase a new code in addition to your textbook. Check out final cost of this before purchasing; it may be less expensive to purchase new! NOTE: There are multiple versions of Portails; the difference being the length of time that the access code is valid. Make sure you have an access code that will allow you access to the VHL Homework/Lab site for the full length of the semester.

We will use Sur le Vif, 5th edition, plus Quia Online Access code. This textbook and code will serve for the following semester of FRE 2201.


FRE 2201
We will continue to use Sur le Vif, 5th edition, plus Quia Online Access code. This is the same book used for FRE 2200. The same access code will work if continuing the course within the validity timeframe. (Check w/publisher for your specific expiration date.) In addition to the above text, we will use Le Petit Prince, by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. Additional reading materials will be provided by the instructor.
